How this website handles information

This notice describes the website's current technical data flow. It does not add data collection or business practices that have not been verified.

Last technical review: August 17, 2026

Information collected through the Contact form

The Contact form collects only the information you choose to enter in the fields shown on the page:

  • First name (optional)
  • Last name
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Email address
  • Service type
  • Message (optional)

A hidden anti-spam field and the time taken to complete the form help reject basic automated submissions. The server also uses a one-way, in-memory representation of the request IP address for a short-lived rate limit. That value is not written to this repository or a lead database.

How Contact information is used

Contact-form information is used to receive, organize, assign, and respond to the real estate inquiry. When transactional acknowledgement is enabled, the site also sends a short confirmation email about the submitted inquiry. The current application does not create its own database copy of the lead.

Service providers involved

Follow Up Boss

Receives contact-form details as the current customer relationship management system so the inquiry can be assigned and followed up.

Analytics, payments, and cookies

No first-party analytics integration, payment processor, advertising tracker, application account, or application cookie was found in the inspected website code. Hosting and embedded third-party services may still process technical metadata or use their own cookies. Their linked privacy information explains their practices.

Retention and security

The website does not maintain a separate application database of Contact submissions. Follow Up Boss retains information within the real estate professional's provider accounts according to the account configuration, operational needs, and the provider's terms. Exact business retention periods still require owner and legal approval before Production launch.

Provider credentials stay on the server and are not sent to the browser. Error messages shown to visitors do not include provider responses or credentials. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and questions

First name, phone number, and message are optional. You may choose not to submit the form and can discuss privacy questions or requests directly through the Contact page. The response to a request may depend on identity verification and applicable legal or operational retention requirements.
